We all want family life to be fun, happy and loving but at various times things can get in the way of

this and it can be hard to see a way to get back on track and re discover the fun and comfort of family life. The Parenting Puzzle by Candida Hunt can help, this book enables anyone to access some support for themselves. Books are available to purchase from any bookseller or if your children attend a school that has been Family Links trained or has a family support worker you may be able to borrow one.  

However it is for most of us easier to make changes when we are able to share ideas and have the support of others that is why our parent groups are so successful. In these sessions together with a small group of other parents and two trained facilitators you will work your way through the Parenting Puzzle together hopefully with many laughs along the way.
